Evelyn Ohanwusi is the head of the Partnership, Advocacy and Resource Mobilization Arm of the Youth Agripreneurs in Ibadan, Nigeria. She has BSc in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria in 2011 and currently pursuing MBA in Agribusiness. She is a strong presenter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Prior joining the group, Evelyn worked with the facilities management services under the National Youth Service Scheme of the federal government of Nigeria for 1 year between July 2012 and July 2013.
As the partnership officer of IYA, she is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships between the group and its partners; NGOs, state and federal governments of Nigeria, international institutions and private organisations, which enable the group to effectively fulfil its mission and objectives. She identifies and nurtures such relations focusing primarily on funding, program development and communications.
She also advocates and mobilizes resources for the group and other youth groups established under the IITA Youth Agripreneur’s initiative.
